Youtube Buffering. Like. A lot.

Anytime I skip with Youtube, it tends to re-start buffering, even if I move to a part that's already loaded. Can I ask why it's buffering more often? Is this happening to everyone? I think it may or may not be my computer, so I'm putting it in GE.

Is your computer new-ish? Because it could be the computer, router, ISP, or something else that i probably forgot to mention. I suggest to find if you have a problem try a different computer on your network and see if that makes a difference.

Mine's a few years old, but it hasn't done this much in the past. I've been dealing with it for a few months, however. I wasn't sure if it was doing it to everyone or just me.

Make sure no-one else on your network is torrenting or streaming or anything like that.
Other than that, run the usual procedures, reset the computer, the router etc. Try moving your laptop closer to the modem.

YouTube tends to do this. It's buffered quicker the closer you are to where you were on the movie.
