[Resolved] Attacks using arrays

How do you use arrays to recreate something like bair or f-tilt? So that when you press an arrow key and then the attack button it will play that attack. I think there was a post about this earlier, but I don't think it ever got resolved. Examples of code would be really nice, thnx.
