Haven't fought a lot of Luffy's so I'm not sure. But looking at your luffy, it's pretty good overall. But it seems like you commit a bit too much to certain moves and you aren't really using RAR B-Air which can be used to pressure the opponents safely without having to commit to side-b or f-air and be like a sitting duck the whole time. And once you corner the opponent you can go for a command grab or so. But you are decent at punishes in general and you seem to have solid fundamentals. Also try empty hopping a bit to mix things up so it'll get the opponent's reaction as you can then punish with a more commitable move or a command grab, or even just the neutral-b command grab if the opponent is far away and use forward throw for some simple kills. But I don't play Luffy all that much, but overall nice job. I could definetly see this luffy being the "Best" but I don't know what competition. _________________  |

I think I played a few games against REDE. I'm referring to the smash enthusiast on Youtube who is kind of an annoying narrator, but is really good at smash. His actual username was RedeFox, and he started a few round playing as
 . He beat me 7 times, but I won 3, 2 of which I recorded. We were playing at about the same skill level, and I think it was the most fun I've ever had playing smash. I do have places to doubt tho. He never played as  , which is REDE's main, and I'm pretty sure REDE would've destroyed me in each match. Anyway, I have the zipped file of the 2 matches I won against him.

(Probably 2nd Best Mega Man and 2nd Best Pac-Man According to Gax and Amber. And totally not since there is like no other person that mains Pac-Man and Mega-Man in this world. Oh yea and for having a totally not terrible opinion competitive wise :3)
