Eton heard the comment, clearly accidental. His eyes shifted to her slightly. He wanted to ask but choose not to. If she wanted to talk about it, she would have in the hut. Ooc: im off, no speed rping, I got plans for ya. (you can post yet, just don't over do it. )*wicked grin*

Barbas got up from the ground, dusting off. "Why not?" He questioned, walking off once more. "If you don't need my help, and you clearly don't have anything else to say, leave me be." He said to the man. "I prefer to travel alone. Taking care of others is too much of a hassle, and it's more likely to get you killed or badly injured."

Rana stirred. His rest was finished... And besides, more people had left the city. He was curious. Rana stood slowly as Barbas walked away, and after wiping frozen hair out of his eyes he headed in the other direction. He limped slightly and he shook from the cold. He wore nothing but his thin robe, and his hands were exposed entirely.

Barbas turned around. He looked at the man, then shook his head as he proceeded to walk towards Hell Hammer. He's already hurt, taking him along would just be a burden. He thought, pulling his bow out, and readying an arrow. He turned around, shooting an arrow at Rana. However, this arrow wasn't intended to hit him, it went right past Rana's head, and into a nearby tree.

Rana didn't move as the arrow sped past him. "Why are you threatening me?" One of his hands was shaking badly until he reached over and held it with the other.

(In case you didn't notice, I said he headed away from Barbas so he's meet Eton and the others.)

(( ... You're kidding, right? He's barely had time to go anywhere, he didn't meet up with anybody... ))



Barbas shook his head once more. Without word, he put his his bow away, and turned around once more. "If I were to take someone along with me, they'd certainly have to be able to defend themselves, and this guy can't." He mumbled to himself, not loud enough for Rana to hear him. He continued on his way to Hell Hammer, ignoring Rana.

(Belth, hes heading over to meet the group, he's curious as to what's going on.)

A fog began to roll in and the snow began to pick up, reducing visability.

"This weather, gah....One minute alright and now this." Eton mumbled. In the distance the sound of heavy metal boots could be heard. Echoing in the distance.

Her steps forward became some what laborious; sifting an arm in front of her eyes as to mask her face from the impeding winds and wafting snow. Her ears however, were ever keen to the sounds before them, the light clank of metal boots rung within her senses, though her sight had been dampened by the blizzard. "Someones up ahead" she'd say aloud to the group, as if confirming it for herself. trying to make heads or tails of what lied ahead, however unable at this point.

Rana smiled a little under his hood. He turned and started walking again. This Barbas figure was a tad ignorant. "Don't be so sure of things you don't know"

(( ...Rana couldn't hear him.... So how the hell is he replying to something he said? ))

((-_- Did you read Rana's description? He listens and see more with his mind than his eyes and ears, hence him having his eyes closed for most of the time and knowing when you and Eton's group left the city.))

"Someones up ahead"

"Yea. I hear it too." Eton responded.

Eton knew this too. He heard the footsteps grow louder and closer in the distance, the sihlouete of a large armored knight was seen marching through the region alone. Eton got a strange feeling, he was afraid of this man for whatever reason.

Windy fluttered her wings nervously and her step back more light footed as if she were going to take off into the sky "Hush, Windy everything will be alright" whispered Tania doubtfully. She pulled the cloak that she was wearing tighter around herself, and her hood pulled low over her head. She looked about nervously though with the snow there was little to see.

Rana took a short breath. It was getting colder. His lungs screamed. He was closer to the group now... They were a good 100 yards off at least, but the snow blinded him and he couldn't see.
