I don't really want to go through and look to see if this was mentioned before, but if there's 2 boxes with the same name on the same page (Not sure if content has to be same, but in cases I've seen, the content was the same), the boxes get screwed up and don't work. Easiest way to see it is to have someone make a box with something in it, then have someone else quote it in their post on the same page.
Noticed this in the Dojo section quite a bit.
