Do not have unnessarcary punctuation. Eg, in your title you have a ridiculous amount of exclamation marks. Please refrain from having that many. I'd say two or three max.

First of all, we don't flame every new user we see. Only if they give us a reason to do so. This guy flamed Shyguy immaturely and unskillfully. You do realize that people can flame without knowing? Same applies to here. So he flamed Shy Guy? Does that give you guys the right to ignore him? Does it make you feel any better at all to know you have brushed him like that? It doesn't matter, in fact all new users are welcome, here and I see no reason why 1/2 the topics here are all trolled/flamed by people. It is completely unacceptable in my terms. All in all, I really don't care if you flamed or not, Sir. Young User, but be warned, not every user is quite nice like me E> Welcome. _________________

I really wonder what seems to be the problem. Who REALLY cares if he flamed someone? I am pretty sure everyone here has flamed and trolled before once; whether IRL or internet-wise. You guys got second chances, so he deserves one too.
