I though it was the spam zone but somebody said it is not. So,what is it for?

It's a section that runs on its own set of rules. It's a place where people get to just kick back and s*** with each other.

It was originally named the spam section, but that was used an excuse for certain individuals to fill it with crap, so we changed the name.
