So on the top of my head so far the roster consist of the following;
Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece)
Boa c*** (One Piece)
Son Goku (Dragon Ball)
Vegeta (Dragon Ball)
Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto)
Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto)
Toriko (Toriko)
Zebra (Toriko)
Gon Freecs (HunterXHunter)
Yusuke Urameshi (YuYu Hakusho)
Kenshin Himura (Rurouni Kenshin)
Madoka Kurokami (Medaka Box)
Taro Yamada (nobody really cares)
Ryotsu Kanchiki (Kochikame)

which is a pretty impressive roster (bar Boa and Taro imo get out really), although I really hope we get some of the bigger names revealed down the line. Personally I'm really hoping for Cobra, Yugi, Allen, Tsuna&Reborn, Oga&Beelzebub, Jotaro, Bobobo and Don Patch.

so yeah, NEW CONFIRMED PLAYABLE CHARACTER TSUNA SAWADA (with Reborn) AND TATSUMI OGA (with Beelzebub) also Kagura with Sadaharu as assist characters.

OP updated to reflect the latest announcements.
It seems like the reveals are theme based now (first they were all girls, the next set appears to be composed of characters-that-fight-with-partners) so I'm kinda hoping that next up will be Yoh Asakura&Amidamaru and Jotaro Kujo&Star Platinum.
