i've only been a mod for a few months so i quite clearly remember what it was like before. even years ago when i was deliberately trying to ruse the mods / users i feel like i was always treated fairly. i got what was coming to me pretty much every time. and the "insults" that you're referring to are never inappropriate or outright disrespectful, and are honestly much tamer than 90% of the things that normal users say on the daily. i understand disliking certain mods after a while because of repeated warnings but try to empathize and see things through their point of view. i honestly think that every staff member here is just looking out for the well being of the general community here.

You do have to realise that because moderation is completely nontransparent moderators can say and do whatever the f*** they like because nobody even knows when somebody is warned for something unless the moderator or the user says so
