First off, this isn't Avatar the Last Airbender, and do not speak of such tripe in this topic.
For those who don't know, Avatar was a movie James Cameron originally wanted to make in 1999. However, it was to be so advanced (Entire movie is in gorgeous 3D), that he'd have to create the technology to make it. With the technology finally commonplace, he was finally able to create it. I myself, have been waiting for this movie to be made for years. It's most likely going to be the best movie of 2009 (Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen can suck it, the movie the movie was a piece of s***). Teaser trailer YouTube Video:

That teaser intrigued me. I always love a good sci-fi flick. (Transformers 2 did suck f***.)

Looks good, the start reminded my of WALL-E a bit. It also seems rather... Quirky. Is the novel like that?
