I think it's less "animated" and more of "takes control of your scroll bar" which is why noscript kinda breaks it.

I think you just nailed it for me. I think the reason why I even touched this website and forum was because I remembered 2008. I was like "Wow, Mcleod gaming, I should go sign up again." Then I realized SSF2 is never getting released and Mcleod still has a community some how.

Cleod only still has this community because SSF2 comes out on Christmas.

It is quite funny because I've been wondering "why is everyone still here?" for a while now. Except for SSF2 fans.
The forum isn't dead though, well, it is been a bit inactive lately but it has been VERY active through 2009~late 2010/early 2011.

Also, inb4MGisn'taboutSSF2.
