Okay first off, Spiders are not insects they are arachnids. For proof, Arachnaphobia and entomophobia (insectophobia) are completely different things, because spiders are radically different from insects in many ways. Second off black widows, like most venomous spiders, are highly passive and will not bite humans under 99% of circumstances. _________________ Hey |

Technically we're not talking about insects, we're talking about 'bugs,' which (due to its informality) refers to about every creepy-crawly thing on the land, including spiders. But yeah, you've got a valid point with the whole 'venomous spiders being passive' thing, which was the whole point. |

Bumblebees are adorable and let you pet their fuzzy bodies but any other bee is like super aggressive 360 nosting and you get f*** if you so much as poke the nest's location. Wasps are worse.
