I'm wondering if d-air spikes....Hmm.

Not only the above, but they'd really have to change D-air's animation to be able to tell if you're doing it right.

I know that, but SSF2 doesn't have a similar animation. How can you spike with it if there's no indication as to whether you're getting it right or not?
And the bounce bracelet was removed, so the dive kick is really the only thing that can potentially spike opponents.

What?

Does Marth's D-air have some spike indicator? Like :blackmage: d-air where his scythe flashes red?
___

Also, apparently you can cancel the spindash while it's happening by pressing [down+special]. I wonder why people don't use this.
Hmm... Maybe this can help me get under the stage... :smug:

Marth's Dair has no indicator to the tipper, you just have to know it, and everyone knows about tipper.

And no one does that DownB thing to stop spindashing. Always jump into an aerial. Also, if you DownB in the air, you do the aerial downB. which is suicide

I was just saying, it may have some application. Like maybe the opponent can try and read your spindash to do falcon punch, and you cancel and attack. I dunno. Something.
And yeah, I still jump with spin dashes, and down B with spin dash can sometimes be useful as well. It's these old tricks that catch people off guard, like ledge rolling.

Besides His Light Dash and Down B being Nerfed. The Devs Better not Nerf His Final Smash Into Brawl's.
Don't Get Me wrong, I Mained Sonic In a Heartbeat the second I played SSF2.

His Light Dash Recovery In 9A Was so Useful, It made most people rage when they couldn't edge guard me.

His Down B before made it Possible to Spike Opponents When they are trying to reach the stage.

Now His Down B is gonna be nerfed As a Second spin dash that will be used in a different way. Which begs the Question; Why? :annoyed:

May it take some getting use to? Maybe. However, If you're going to Start Nerfing His final Smash Just like you Nerfed Mario's Then Don't, He Doesn't Need It.

Let's just hope to God D-Air Spikes or they change the f-air to PM's f-air.

Sorta, maybe a bigger window.

Also if Sonic is getting a resprite, I want him to keep the short duration that he has now.

Hey, just thought of something strange about the second spindash.
What if it's the bounce attack but with more movement options?

Guys, I need to know exactly how to spin dash under the stage! It'll be super useful for messing with opponents.
But I can't perfect it! As of now, it looks like it's a coin toss whether I get it right or not.

I wanted to link a few replays to share my pain, but I don't know how to.
