Equipment: Bow and arrows, jewel encrusted sword and two hidden daggers.
Appearance: Viru stands just over 6 feet, with broad shoulders and muscled limbs. He has dark eyebrows that meet like lightning bolt above his dark brown eyes, and midnight black hair that falls below his shoulders. Viru has a deep scar running from his left eye all the way to his collarbone, a souvenir from his time in captivity. Viru presents a menacing figure, one that scares his enemies into submission.
Background: Viru was born into nobility, and was always spoilt as a child. His mother died in childbirth, but he figured you couldn’t miss what you had never had. Viru’s father was the duke of a thriving fiefdom, meaning he had hardly any time for his son, a fact the duke hated greatly.
When Viru turned 14 his father gave him his first bow and quiver, Viru’s first ever weapon. Once every week, the pair would travel into the Great Forest and hunt for the whole day. A special bond formed between the two, but all that was ruined the day the bandits attacked his father. They had been on their weekly hunting trip, when the bandits attacked. They slaughtered Viru’s father, but not before he killed over a dozen of them, and took Viru prisoner.
Viru was taken to the bandit’s camp, and beaten on a regular basis. Over time, Viru formed a hard personality, and became an unforgiving, ruthless man. On his 16th birthday, Viru killed his torturer, took the man’s weapons and escaped. He vowed to return and kill every bandit, and he did so on his 18th birthday, his coming of age. Viru and two dozen of his father’s soldiers and slaughtered everyone.
Viru took his bow and quiver back, his only remaining memory of his father, and vowed to kill anyone that stood in his way.
