I recently installed GreaseMonkey on Firefox and it does nifty things with Javascript. And here I was thinking maybe we could make a MLG forum specific script for some of the more trivial and declined features from the Suggestions section like displaying post id number.

Of course I have no idea how to program in Javascript but I would be willing to learn a little to implement a small feature. Then we could discuss the actual code and future improvements and iterations etc. This would aim to increase general programming knowledge among the other benefits of actually writing useful code, unlike say, another Hello World program.

IIRC JavaScript = Java programming language? If so, you are in some luck. I'm taking Java in AP Computer Science this year.
