And no, if we lynch a townie today it's over: even if JK can prevent a night kill, that would mean three town players and three scum members for day 4. With 6 players alive, 4 votes are required to lynch, meaning that mafia could just timeout until Night 4.

The only way a JK could prevent our loss is if we don't lynch this day phase, and that would be basing our victory over a role that we don't even know if it is in game.

At this point the Mafia has a 75% chance to hit a Power-Role if they just chose a Town-Sided player randomly. So I think we'd benefit more from a "double claim", like two Vanilla claims, than a role-reveal would cost us.
