a bit of a problem with SSF2 and other flash games

i recently installed vista on my PC in my room (it doesn't have internet) and i downloaded the latest adobe flash player (10) and i installed it. when i go to play SSF2, i can adjust the time and the stock but i can't actually turn them on. i also can't even turn on the items. can someone help me?

Play it online? I don't know why you'd bother with that when you can download it to your PC.
