Lol no. Why are you so sure the lynch is wrong in the first place. We have a guilty reading. Could be the result of a cop or scum ability. Lynching either get rid of scum or gets rid of WIFOM.

Since this is a game celebrating the legacy of MG mafia let's look back at situations like this one. Has the, "if we lynch him and he's innocent but we get something back" plan EVER been positive for the town? I can only remember 3 instances that this plan occurred. Two in mafia 7 and one in mafia 8.(there might be more, but I'm not gonna read over each mafia topic to see if there was another one.) 2 out of 3 of those plans were played by mafia and exactly zero of them gave a positive result to the town. I'm sorry, but when we look at things statistically this doesn't sound so great. It's actually really silly to lynch someone who has barely any evidence against them in the first place. Like 194 we should rely on the post we see more then our night actions.

I think that Deph is currently being really careful right now, as he's safe now that the limelight is on BB.
The risk of losing a townie to lose WIFOM is quite a big risk, but it's one I think we can take without too much of a loss, because of the calculations the others have made. We still have to watch for Deph though. Keep an eye on him. Vote:Believeblood
DJ and BB are being very defensive to this.

Wait a sec, aren't all present givers third party? I remember the Cave Story one was a survivor/present giver.

Yes, delibird was as well. Unless he "gave" him some sort of investigation result or something I think we found our 3rd party.

Wasn't there a role that gave "flowers" in one mafia?
My memory is blurring.

That would be Yuuka Kazami from Mafia 7.
I don't remember what the flowers did, though.... Brik, do you remember what those flowers did?

There were different kind of flowers brik had at his disposal. Though the only ones that were ever made public were the role blocking flower and the investigation flower.

We're these flowers given by a town-aligned player?

I believe that when lynch they would appear guilty, but I think the role was town sided.

In that case, it's probably not that role.
He'd have to smell the flower and use it, first.

In that case I'm pretty sure I know Terra's role, but I'll let him out himself at his own leisure. I'm pretty sure you guys can get it anyway. Or I guess it is possible Terra's lying...

Yuuka literally switched alignment every day, actually. As for the flowers, memory serves:
Town-aligned Yuuka could hand out the following: - A one-time investigative ability. - A one-time bulletproof vest. - Two other things.
Scum-aligned Yuuka could hand out the following: - A guilty investigation result. - A fake bulletproof vest. - A role-block. - One other thing.
Out of all the third parties that we've ever had in McLeodGaming Mafia, Yuuka was definitely the most interesting. I wouldn't be surprised to see her in the game it it weren't for the "no traitors" stipulation. I'm not certain whether she falls under that or not, but she is the only role that I can recall that resembles a traitor.
