I am trying to fix the posture of the sprite too, but right now I'm seeing if my new shading style is liked.

Serious question time.

Do you guys have much serious drama between devs?
We're getting a crapton of it over at Crusade right now and I'm getting pretty sick of it.

A bit, but not really in general.

when we do get it it's pretty subtle and only lasts a few minutes
we get into good debates that last awhile but nothing serious or personal or anything, all productive and such

Oh goodie.

Nowadays, we get 200+ post arguments about splitting the game and dev team up just about every other day thanks to PhantomVII and DMX.
It's stupid.

Usually we just get a couple of specific 1v1 personality clashes but they cool down pretty quickly and don't interfere with the game at all. Other arguments are purely objective and are only done to ensure we end up with the highest quality product in the end.

Except when I tell TSON he's dumb, I'm serious then.

Wow, I'm so glad there's no deadline.

cuz I've been in and out of the hospital due to surgery on my leg.

I would have sent my voice acting app while I was in there, cuz I still had my vita.
But then, I didn't have my sprites or Music on it. and I didn't think it would make sense having 2 auditions.

Anyway, you guys should get my app soon, I'm gonna have to go back on the 14th, so if I manage to get it sent before that, then goodie!

Just as a few pointers for the things you are applying for:

Spriting: If applying for character spriting, I'd personally create/choose at least 3 or 4 custom made animations to show in the application. Preferably animations of attacks, as idles don't really show the extent of one's skills.

If applying for stage spriting it should be quality near to in game Konoha. A really good show of one's ability to sprite beautiful texture as well as good grasp of general stage/environment design elements such as perspective.

Music: I'd personally have at least 2 or so compositions, including a remix of a video game track and perhaps even your own original compositions.

Voice Acting: A demo reel of your voice doing various fighting sounds. Grunting, yelling, panting, screaming, etc.
