Sona is pretty neat, though everyone keeps on using her.



Oh and the new champ got shown.

Swain the tactician: show
Passive:Carrion Renewal - Every time he kills a unit, he gains 150% mana regen for five seconds.

Decrepify - He sends out his raven to cripple one target. For three seconds, said target is slowed and takes DoT.

Nevermore (lol Poe reference) - Swain picks a target area, and talons sprout out after a delay, rooting the target.

Torment - "Swain afflicts his target, dealing damage over time. Each tick deals additional damage based on a percent of all damage taken from Swain during Torment (this includes the spell's periodic damage)." Apparently, this is his ult.

Ravenous Flock - Swain himself transforms into a raven, and 3 nearby enemies take damage from ravens that also heal Swain for the same amount that they deal. The mana cost gets greater the more it's on.


Swain is a calm man, answering the doctor's questions when he was a child despite having his leg broken, and wanted only a crutch instead of magical treatment. He then rose the chain of command starting from a officer, and was quickly brought down due to politics, until he returned to active duty due to the league. He kinda looks like what if Singed decided to grow a mohawk, dressed as a officer, had a walking cane, and of course having a raven on his shoulders.

New items: show
Hexdrinker: Gives 20 damage, and 30 MR. Its passive is if that you take magic damage, you gain AD for 8 seconds, stacking up to 25 after taking 600.

Runegorger: 50 damage, 40 MR, and 16% lifesteal. Same as the other, but up to 50 AD, and added MR up to 50 after taking 800 MD.


Eve rework: show
Eve's new passive heals after any kill or assist 130-640. Hate spike gets .35 AP ratio, targets champs first, and apparently is glitched to strike twice at single opponents. Shadow Walk is 40 duration all levels, 1 sec stun all levels, 10-40% movespeed for 4 seconds. Ravage has a mini-dash to the target, debuff works at any side, AP ratio reduced to .7, and a small amount of range for the dash (not enough to go through walls). Her new ult doesn't do damage, affects only champs, 40-60% slow, blind, lasts three seconds, and is about 200 units.




Supposedly, the champ after him can use his/her ult to teleport anyone to any point of the map. Whether you can say, teleport a enemy into your fountain turret, or teleport Baron into a team fight is uncertain. And by uncertain, I really doubt you could do that unfortunately, though hopefully, you can send your whining teammate into their fountain turret at least.

Yeesh, quoting boxes. Anyway, it's only a rumor. And the champ seems good, a root, slow/DoT, can heal while damaging, and his Torment sounds like a painful ability. And he'll probably be laning with Fid when he's released.

One of my pet peeves is say, a Trist stacking AS without any AD. I mean, there's not much point if your hits are like pillows.
