Welcome to the first collaboration event from Thunder Edge and TSF Tournaments. It's been a long while since we last did a tournament, but let's hope it's worth the wait. Why is it called Big Finish, I hear you ask? Well there are two reasons.

- Flash Edge didn't work as well.
- This is the last tournament I will be running until June (so narcissitic)

Ruleset - The Basics:

• 4 stock, 8 minutes.
• All items, special modes and hazards are set to off.
• Stages will be done with a 1-2-2-1 striking system. The player with the higher seed will always strike first.
• Gentleman's Clause is in effect, meaning you can skip stage striking if both players agree to it.
• Dave's Stupid Rule is in effect, meaning you cannot counterpick a stage you have previously won on.
• Latecomers will drop Game 1 if they don't show up for 10 minutes. They will be sent to Loser's bracket after 15 minutes and DQ'd after 20 minutes. If you're going to be late, contact a TO.
• Substitution Clause: You cannot sub in for someone after Round 2 begins. Players on a bye do not count, and subs will not be allowed in the top cut.
• Kylos Clause: Missing Round 2 or beyond for more than 10 minutes results in a DQ. Additionally, if an IRC name isn't equal to the player's display name, then they will be DQ'd.
• Stalling is banned. This is defined as purposefully running away from a fight, abusing tethers, planking non-stop etc. If your opponent is stalling, hand the replay to one of the TOs.

Tournament Layout Information:

• The tournament is organised in groups for a double elimination format. The players who place 1st and 2nd will proceed to the final stage. More may be added if necessary.
• All replays must be saved if you are in the final stage or the finals (winner's/loser's/grand finals) in the group stage. The games will likely be put onto Youtube or streamed.

When stage striking with Anther's Ladder, treat the spot that would normally be awarded to Jungle Hijinx as WarioWare.

But this isn't the best bit...

Saturday - SSF2 Top Cut + Side events.
Sunday - Side events

(Ideally, we can secure 10 TOs. We're guaranteed 5 though)
