It happens to me too, but not only in English. But I don't get why you (one, someone) should speak in the most obvious way if you can convey the same idea and express yourself in your own way.
That is, why should I (someone) say "My favorite color is blue" when I (someone) can say "I like the blue color the most", if it meas the same thing and it is gramatically correct?

Because it's the way how the language is normally spoken. For example, take the French phrase "Qu'est-ce que c'est?" It means "What is that?/What is it?" when you give it a modern English definition. However, it literally means "What is it that it is?". Most English speakers today don't speak or write that way. It's the simple fact that English grammar/sentence structure (All forms, not just American English) wasn't modeled around every other language in the world. Sure, there are similarities, but there are many differences as well.

But I'm not talking about verbose or translating, just expressing yourself in your personal way, within the language's parameters. The example I gave is actually used in English, but I guess most people would complain about that and say my English is bad if I said that. Similar but a bit different here: "What is that is this?" or "What is that it is?", but it is usually said when we are surprised, we usually just say "What is that?".

Again, when you speak a language, people expect you to speak the "normal" way. When you start saying things like "where is it that it is", or "I know not of the red dress", it sounds weird and people are going to call you out for that.

But again, I'm not talking about translating. I'm talking about being cohesive but in an alternative way. And I'm not only talking about English, because some people here also bother me sometimes about the way I speak. (or, bother me about the way I speak sometimes).

It wasn't necessarily about translating, but I see your point. If you followed the norm, people wouldn't bother you about your English at all. -------- However, these two sentences: "And I'm not only talking about English, because some people here also bother me sometimes about the way I speak."
-and-
And I'm not only talking about English, because some people here also or, bother me about the way I speak sometimes."
...convey two different things. The first sentence says that people "bother you sometimes", as in they only bother you at certain times, while the second sentence says that people "bother you about the way you speak sometimes", or they bother about, not how you always speak, but how you sometimes speak, thus meaning that at some point, you're speaking in a way that "people" won't bother you, and at other points, your speech cause "people" to bother you.
