Dawnguard was actually pretty cool. Crowbows were nice because they were easier to use than bows but couldn't get quite as powerful as them so it balanced it out. I never played the vampire half of the story but heard from a friend that it was also cool

no thot, unlike oblivion every dungeon in skyrim had a different layout
they didn't repeat anything

That's the case in real life too. They all have different layouts but look the same. Probably a couple mill caves look different from the rest on Earth.
