Maybe that's why Bowser Jr. is in the Clown Car? So that he can alt the koopalings without changing the hitbox?

I kinda thought this too. How do you think this will be approached by for the koopa kids who are taller or bulkier than Jr?

Maybe hitboxes will only be in places shared by all the Koopalings, if that's possible.

Leaker specifically said no colors, so you're gonna be wrong on that one The focus of the character is the clown car. Hitbox differences would be very minute. I doubt it will even be noticeable

If there were different hitboxes, it would be 8 separate characters (see: sakurai's post about Lucina)
so it'll be the same, and the model size differences will probably be small enough that it won't be a big deal
