The Universe Classic series are events hosted by the SSF2 Universe discord server, this series started in the last months of 9b but started to become a big deal when SSF2 Beta dropped out in late May, It's one of the 3 majors that are hosted on a monthly basis,

Do you really expect most people who are playing flash games to be older than 18?
Just saying, a lot of us probably don't have credit cards, let alone paypal or bitcoin or whatever else, since most of us still live with our parents.

Actually, a lot of us do. You don't have to be 18+ to have a PayPal, you just have to sign up for it and it's just helpful to have a debit card (which you can get with any bank account, including a joint bank account, which is where two people share a bank account and only one of them has to be over 18, and that person can be your parent and just not use the bank account and let you use it, which a lot of us have). In fact, there is one part of the community where the majority of people is over 14 years of age and has a relatively high concentration of 16-2x year olds: Flash Nation. Because of the age demographic and because of the concentration of skilled players, I daresay this tournament will appeal to them more than just about any other group in the community.
