One small suggestion, you should add Pac-Man to the roster.

Tid has said that ATs cannot be playable, unless the Pac-Man AT have been removed.

Andy (after the inclusions of Isaac and Chibi Robo, this guy is likely next in line for a new Nintendo series he was part of the GBA lineup along with Golden Sun, so he is most likely aware of the Advance Wars franchise)
All unique veterans that have been in Smash Bros and have a stage (or leaked ) in their favor such as Ice Climbers, Pit, Olimar, Snake.
All Melee Veterans including Ganondorf, Falco, Mewtwo.
Simon Belmont. (The Castlevania stage and Castlevania's known relationship with Nintendo, I'm certain they are going to add him)
All Unique Brawl Veterans including Ike, Lucario, Diddy Kong, King Dedede, R.O.B.
Knuckles and Shadow. (With the Silver AT replacement, I think it's a clue to their inclusion)

Skull Kid (Clock Town might be a hint, but I'm not so sure)
King K. Rool (Gangplank Galleon might be a hint, but I'm not so sure)
Cloud Strife (With Final Fantasy getting more stage representation, I have a good feeling Cloud Strife is probably going to get reconsidered)
Zero. (Mega Man X representation, A Mega Man lineup extremely well known within the SNES to get character representation)
Banjo and Kazooie (A window of opportunity for the devs to add someone who is basically impossible to add officially in real Smash Bros games. Large history with the N64)

Crono. (A big SNES RPG loved by millions including Cleod9 to be included in SSF1.)
Lip. (It's a very obscure franchise which I'm unsure if Cleod9 has played)
Ryu (Big franchise whose game Street Fighter II was big on the SNES at the time, but I feel he could be not chosen simply because he's a generic fighter.)
New Pokemon newcomer. (It's a good opportunity for the dev to add a Pokemon newcomer whose opportunity was crushed in Smash 4)

I Know this is very out there , and most people wont agree with me for many reasons...but i would like to see Miku Hatsune in Super Smash Flash 2.

People will probably say "She would not fit" "She was not in a Nintendo game".

- 3rd Party Character! (Right of the back , better chances then Most anime characters)
- Pretty Iconic

And think about this , she probably have the most unique moveset in Super Smash Flash 2. It could be all based of signing , like say her netural special could be a music note , it could be stronger or weaker by the kind of music note she sings , and her final could be a better version of Dk's in brawl. So I think she would be a awesome and unique character to play as. (Waiting for the hate , lol)

I know he was planned in SSF2, but I don't feel strong about his chances anymore. I think KH is already represented well with Sora, and since the focus on the roster has to do with Nintendo a little more, I feel like Riku is out of the picture.

I did not know about this info. Thanks for sharing dude. Although, anything can happen in SSF2. For example, they can add Muddy Mole, who actually has some potential to be playable.
