I was just about to say that. Mirror effects make Jonathan happy. Jonathan is a happy boy. Jonathan hates DK loves mirror effects.

Now that reflections are a thing, I can officially say Fountain of Dreams is entirely possible

Is it bad that I would greatly prefer Dream Land/Halberd/Great Cave Offensive over Fountain of Dreams
Or a Kirby Fighters Deluxe stage
As cool as Fountain of Dreams is, having two Kirby Battlefields doesn't really sit well with my stomach (And yes, I know the platforms move up and down, but even so)
I mean if you can make an updated FoD that isn't a Battlefield, I'm game

The worst stage in the entire history of Smash Brothers, and I hate the fact it belongs to my favorite Nintendo franchise.
Honestly, I think Fountain of Dreams is still plausible while including the other stages you mentioned. Just look at the buttload number of stages Mario has got from 0.9b to beta.

I like it.
(But then again this is coming from the guy who enjoys PAC-LAND, competitively picks Temple and thinks 2x Launch Rate Balloon Fight is perfectly OK)

GCO feels like fighting on an Adventure Mode stage; something I always enjoyed as a kid with an Action Replay. Underground Maze and TEST all the way.

Fountain of Dreams, we just plain don't need.
The aesthetic, Tower of Salvation provides just fine; in fact, FoD is a very good song for ToS (and the other way around; Beat the Angel is good for FoD in Project M).
The layout, do I even have to say it?

That speaks on its own.


But the graphics man, you just can't top Fountain of Dreams' graphics.

Though, my constant insistence on more Kirby stages is mostly because we haven't got a new location (not layout, location) since, hmmm... 0.7.
And the worst part is that both current Kirby stages can be found in the first 5 minutes in the game. Soundtrack included.
Man, I really wish there was a stage builder so I don't have to nag about this silly stuff.

If you can run through Spring Breeze, get to Gourmet Race and boot it up to hear the Gourmet Race/FoD/Dedede/DreamLand64 theme in 5 minutes, god bless

I never said you couldn't get to Whispy Woods, reboot the game and get to Gourmer Race then
But my point for asking about FoD, it's because I'm desperate to see something from the games that isn't in the first 5 minutes. FoD filled that purpose in Melee. Halberd filled that purpose in Brawl, Great Cave Offensive in Sm4sh (you can't spring breeze through GCO and play it in its entirety even if it's the first subgame you play in Super Star )
