This thread is really an attempt to solve a massive problem I, and i'm certain others have as well while playing this game online...the ping. In order to solve this I thought it would be nice to post your region/state/country/how ever comfortable you are with specifics here, so those near you can get some low lag games.

I remember something similar being done a few years ago for 0.9b. I guess it wouldn't hurt listing it out again
What I would recommend though is that you categorize continents under boxes, and then provide subheadings for countries within those boxes (where you then would list the user, their MGN ID and their state/city/whatever).
