Well it confused me, you just said the name and gave me a link.
It'll go in the database, but chances are it will happen.
You'll have to be moved further into the game then, so chances are you won't be in the beta.

And I' okay with that. I just have to be an Elite Four Member.

You can't be Elite Four, as they are already determined. And I'm not going to say a lot, but you don't get your pokemon from a Professor.
You can be a Trainer in an event after the E4, allowing you to have stronger pokemon, but linking you to an event would be difficult considering most of it's done. If you can think of some sort of event involving you and caitlin battling the player, that doesn't have to be attached to the storyline, then I can place you in there.

A side quest for finding a legendary Pokémon. Before you encounter it, you battle me and Caitlin.

Then when you defeat us, we'll heal your Pokémon and we'll go to the Pokémon League Lobby, where you may rebattle us.

Oh, and since I can't have the Elite Four Title, I'll go with "Cosmic Duo Blitz and Caitlin".

Okay, then you are in. You can be involved in a legendary event, I just have to figure out what legendary events there will be.
