gen 1 had jolteon, charizard, articuno, and mewtwo.
gen 2 had espeon, umbreon, and feraligatr.
gen 3 had blaziken, sceptile, the box legendaries, and the regies.
gen 4 had infernape, the box legendaries (again), staraptor, and gallade.
gen 5 had haxorus, hydreigon, cofagrigus, gigalith, eelektross, zoroark, ferrothorn, and kyurem.
gen 6 has the entire fennekin line, the entire froakie line, gogoat, the honedge line, and xerneas.

out of these, gen 2 has the least (despite having my overall favorite)

i didn't like bw at all for some reason?? like idk how to describe it but it seemed kind of like stumbling on a rock but catching yourself with the next generation

I don't really like BW either. Trying too hard to be "new" & not having old Pokémon until postgame really hurt it imo

i thought that at first, but i came to really like a good amount of gen V's pokemon, so i ended up not really caring tbh.
they probably added too many pokemon to have older pokemon running around pre-elite 4

i was pretty happy when i could finally get a weavile and staraptor though

fair enough, I'm mainly after a ditto safari because it'll have at least 2 perfect IV's on encounter in comparision to the ones that appear at Pokemon Village (so says Bulbapedia) which makes it great as a Breeding Slave, mwha!, and Chansey because its the only place where you can encounter it and swipe more Lucky Egg's if their holding one...
