the problem with that isn't that it's illegal, the problem is that it's oh so wrong on so many levels
if i were god i would make a dimensional transfer/creation device which exists in multiple dimensions/places and does exactly what you'd think.
the default dimensions would be the anime dimension, pokemon dimension, and video game dimension, but scientists would be able to create customs.
I'd also make it so that you can transfer yourself to a specific place in the dimension using thoughts. perfect.
