When Will the New Character be added or how to get them?

I have played the Browser version and the downloaded version but i know theres more character but i dont know how to get to them if someone could explain that would be great to know! For Example of the Characters im talking about are like Isaac, Bandanna dee, Game&watch

The upcoming characters (Isaac, Bowser, Luigi, Mr. Game & Watch, Sandbag, Pit, PAC-MAN, Falco, Bandana Dee and Monkey D. Luffy) will be available in SSF2 BETA, an upcoming update! All of them will be unlocked upon Download except for Sandbag, which will be a secret unlockable character for you to find! SSF2 BETA currently has no date for release--please be patient!--but there is an announcement related to SSF2 BETA sometime this week!
