SSF2 Beta: Find the Changelog Errors!

Beta 1.0.31 changelog: https://www.mcleodgaming.com/games/ssf2/changelog

What this is to do is to find any mistakes that are listed on the changelog, but didn't occur in game, and hopefully they'll fix the errors. As well, this is to spot any errors that may have occurred in Beta that are caused by the changes to characters.

Example of a change listed that didn't happen:
Lloyd - Removed jump restore from aerial version.
Error: It does still restore jumps in aerial version.

Example of an error that occurred because of the changes in-game:
Lloyd - Infinite Jab is now escapable.
Error: Base Knockback of the first hit is so high that you can simply be knocked out of it, without SDI, if there's not a wall.

:chibirobo: Nair2 was claimed to be adjusted to 10% damage, but it actually does 9%. I already ripped that one apart in the Chibi thread though, so Ill leave it at taht

It said that Link's Boomerang hit twice, but in fact, it's sorta like 0.9b Boomerang. It does more than two hits.

Chibi's Down Tilt had its Base KB halved from 30 to 15. This is not mentioned on the changelog at all.

Some Dev in discord a long while back said that Capt falcon's Side-special being insta death if he uses it off a ledge was NOT intended, and said it should soon work the same as it did in .9b in that regard. Is that no longer a thing?
