Think of it like this.
Lilmac: Hey hakma ur cf sucks
Hakma: u hoe ur ichigo sucks
They get angry at each other, hence "salty"
Lilmac challenges hakma to a salty suite, and chooses best of 5 matches to decide who's the trash/trashier player
