How come companies I never heard of are beating Nintendo up? Besides, I don't see how Nintendo copied Hillcrest. They hardly made a damn thing. So what's the big deal? I can't believe Nintendo lost a lawsuit to another company that I never heard of in my entire life.

first of all, the PS3 was a big let down, and the HoME was an epic fail (bcause no one's heard of it.)
secod of all, nintendo (I think) is the BEST videogame designer, the only game I like thats not by nintendo, is call of duty 4.
