First day of classes was today

So I was kinda excited for my American Lit class since I know f*** ALL about literature. I was hoping it would give me at least a little experience with the classics

So the first thing my professor said was "I'm only going to be teaching female writers in this class." She then passed around a sign up sheet asking which aspect of feminism we wanted to do our presentations on.

Looking for a replacement class now

I know exactly what you mean, and that must seriously suck.

I hate those feminists: I've just finished reading the Handmaid's Tale, and while it was good(to a certain extent), it was very preachy in its tone, and is VERY feministic in nature(antagonizing all males as a common enemy is a bit much, don't you think?).

Truth be told, if you're really interested in Lit, you should do a little research in your free time.

Radical feminists suck.

Rational feminists that stick up for at-home dads and stuff are awesome, though.

I knew indoctrination in American colleges was bad but not this bad

woke up to go to my first class.....realized that class started an hour later than i thought
