You really shouldn't care about posting quantity, but as a quality. Posts should be used to be understood and accepted by a variety of users to benefit the forum; however, mocking a post is not highly respectable.

As for the topic itself... I find general rules, and the forum's categories all fixed up (minus the punctuation which doesn't matter)

Nah, technically each section is an individual forum. And that's why the place is called "McLeodGaming Forums", it's a collection of Forums, and each form contains Topics.
