Name: Sigrun Wasylyk

Personality: Sigrun has a skewed view of her place in society, wholeheartedly believing she is chosen to act as sole benefactor to the world, as explained to her by the Black Man who appears to her in her dreams. She opens her mind to the Black Man, but shuns the world around her, only dependent on the figure in her mind to dictate her life, following his ideal view of the world. She withholds her thoughts and private life from others. However, as much as the Black Man controls her, she strives for inner peace and eventually shedding his grasp on her mind, and if one persists enough to crack her exterior, she will allow them to control her as well. Terrible at relationships with others.

Appearance: Sigrun sports medium (to around the shoulder area), olive-black hair (black with an ever so slight greenish tint. Barely noticeable unless light reflects from it) in a basic straight style with an overgrown braid running down the back of her slender neck. Her eyes are a brilliant, piercing shade of green and her facial expression is often a grave scowl. A lustrous emerald necklace, matching her eyes, decorates the neck. Sigrun's petite body is accentuated by a tight, black linen shirt and a medium sized, frilled, burgundy skirt. Medium length leather boots are worn on her feet. Additionally, she carries a book with her that contains instructions from the Black Man in incomprehensible script.

Background: Sigrun was born to a perfectly normal family, and had a natural childhood while growing up. However, she was particularly moody, even as a young girl. She often disagreed with her parents, not wishing to mature as they wished she would. Soon, fate would rend her parents dead when she was at the age of 15. The man who had killed them had no identity. He purposely did not strike her down, but instead gripped the her head and leaked an aura in her mind, after which he left. The aura was his way of controlling what he thought of as vast potential, and he, indirectly, warped her mind gradually to a deranged state.
Through her dreams he communicated with her subconscious being, and sent her off to perform his bidding. However, Sigrun began to grow weary of these incessant demands, and secretly began her own journey to free her mind from his diabolical grasp...but...is he already aware of her ambitions?

As Zach said. Very nice, especially for a first bio! I personally like this character and would like to see her played out in an RP. Now that you have a character, you could try joining an RP. If you want, you can hang around the RP Academy and participate in a lesson or two there for a while until you get the feel for RPing. It's completely your choice, though. There's nothing wrong with joining an RP first. That may actually be a better option, unless there's something shown in the Academy that you think you need to work on.

Okay, are there any fantasy style going on at the moment or starting in the near future?

I think WarPanda's RP, Phoenix Remedy, is Fantasy. That's the only one that's active that I can think of at the moment.

On a side note, great job! I love the idea of The Black Man.

Her gender played no part in it. This is a good bio, you know.

But it's probably pretty far into the story at 47 pages.

Go to a another site for RPing (like I don't know, Role Play Gateway, or hell, gaia), the good players lost interest and/or went already.


Decent bio, though a guy who apparently kills parents so he could "leak" (is that what they call it now) a 15 year old seems...
