- Namco's been in the game about as long as Nintendo, so they're more influential than Bungie

Since Namco is helping develop the game, maybe this is Nintendo's way of showing their appreciation, by giving them a rep. Pac Man makes the most sense (at least to me) as a Namco rep. Im not gonna write him off as bad though until i get a chance to play as him.

This is actually just a step or two down from how I feel. I feel a little more excited, but I do agree that he doesn't need to be here. He's not even my first choice of third party rep, in which case I'd prefer Snake back.

I can't help but wonder if this is maybe the last nail in Snake's coffin. Four third party characters seems excessive, just typing it out.

Pacman does seem comical (his jump is copied from Mario's but ah who cares), but my first reaction to him was really over the top, i couldn't believe it (In a bad way) And then i realised how smash bros tends to change my views on characters.

But aside from that Palutena's trailer though Oh my....i was blown away.

Also Mii fighters looks cool, i thought they were going to be fully customisable down to the attacks, but yeah that wasn't going to happen at all, but 3 variations are cool, if i'd have to play one i'd probably pick sword.
