Okay, I'm gonna be honest, if Hakker's gonna be sick, I'm not watching that video. Well, this honestly pisses me off. I hate it when people do absolutely nothing for someone dying right in front of them. Wouldn't you, y'know, notice hitting a toddler with the bump or at least hear it if you're outside the vehicle? |

I believe there was a case in China prior to this where an old woman got hurt or something and a bystander helped her. The old woman SUED the person who helped her and won. That may also be another contributing factor...
