Hey guys, remember Scary Movie, Epic Movie, Date Movie, Meet the f*** Spartans, etc.?

Those movies are a perfect example of 'borrowing' other ideas and plots and turn it all into terrible parody movies.

Along with all of the other ones that came out before LOTR.

The Princess Bride was written in 1973...

Friggin awesome movie, I tell ya. It's up there with Groundhog Day, in my book.

But Lord of The Rings was written in the 50s...

Parodies are another kind of beast altogether.

But it didn't copy LOTR. Not at all. Not in any way imaginable.

... Alright, I'll give you that, it and Groundhog Day were simply epic movies.

Choice of main characters was awesome, too.

It's sad that people have to resort to plagiarism like that...

But they really have run out of ideas.

Which movies do you think they'll rip off eventually, after running out of more modern movies?

And there you go.
