Despite the linearity Metroid Fusion is a good game Great action-platformer Great survival horror Not so super Metroidvania Absolutely worth playing Dummy |

those are the good points. I'll point out the bad points, wich totally beat the good points. A relatively easy game compared to other Metroid games Repetitive Annoying music Not even a slight dot of actual horror Short Go do something else instead of playing this game _________________ |

A relatively easy game compared to other Metroid games
Ridley, Nightmare, Gravity Jump Spider Repetitive What? No, Pochi Not even a slight dot of actual horror  If that didn't make the hair on the back of your neck stand up then get the f*** out of my face Annoying music Subjective, also incorrect Short Not noticeably shorter than Super or Zero Mission |

2/4 Burden of proof is on you, here. How was it repetitive? Show me a "bad" track. 3 Nobody seriously thinks Fusion is a survival horror, Poch. But the SA-X sections are among the most tense things I've ever played. (From a game design level, Fusion is also one of the best examples I've seen of the player character growing in power, bringing what was originally an overpowered juggernaut down to the level of a rival with equal strength. Fixed. Mother 1 isn't worth playing unless you're a huge fan of the series, and the GBA port of Mother 2 is pretty bad as well. Mother 3 is amazing though. |
