idk about best. It's super hard to pick because we're talking about thousands of charts here, but just off the top of my head I might say GHSH Play With Me on guitar and Curl of the Burl on drums

My least favorites might be Nihilanth or any of the Chaotrope songs on RBN that were specifically written to be as ballistic hard as possible. Not interested

...Or it might be the early RBN songs with godawful charts that managed to slip through the lax quality control

I never even had a problem with KIU so I have a hard time thinking of any lol

Problem is I know there are some games that this applies to but I haven't been able to think of any in the couple of days since you asked this lol
