yeah in your opinion.it may be possible to bring back black doom because as he suppossedly “died” he says he is an immortal life form.as for metal sonic he has some of the most bad a** forms.and if sega gave silver more active rolls maby he wouldn't suck.as for mephiles it wouldn't make scence to have him kill sonic and not make a return.

how the hell is black doom immortal and dead?if you actually listen to him during the final story he says he's the immortal lifeform and last time i checked immortals can't die otherwise shadow would have died a long time ago.and who cares about blaze?or eggman nega for that matter.i just hope sega finally kills eggman.just because he's the main villain doesn't mean he has to be in damn near every 3D game.it's the same thing with bowser and nintendo.ever since mario went 3D they havent once even changed the villain.

if you read the article and/or played the game in question, you'd realize that it was not the absence of his normal shoes, but the presence of Eggman's "slow down boots" that made him slow. Sonic does not have magic shoes.
