Is there some way, that like, if you have a 300x300 avatar, and the limit is 180x180, can the forum automatically resize the avatar to 180x180? If you know forumotion.com, they have that feature in also.

I ain't downloading a friggen 200mb file just to resize avatars besides, I have Paint.NET, way better. Anyways, the resizing looks really choppy on Paint.NeT and Gimp and MS Paint and all that.

Well then too bad for you. ... Rather, would you want me to resize it for you? I got photoshop and it doesn't take a that long.

Upload it to Photobucket. Link to off-site avatar. Change the avatar dimensions. Done.

Paint doesn't work well at re-sizing.

Not file resizing, but size resizing. Really easy.

My bad, but cropping = making a smaller file size. So when someone says to photoshop, it means to crop the image. But then again, you probably not internet smart, my inference was wrong.

Cropping is slicing off everything outside of a specified area.

Cropping = making picture small and removing file size. But GUESS WHAT. When you make a picture SMALLER, so does its FILE SIZE. impeccable.

Try it on MS Word for example. Copy a picture into word and select crop. You only remove parts. You don't make it smaller
NOTE: The circles around the picture do not crop. You need to go into picture options
