I've played the game before.
It's just that I think Cloud should be a little less nice in the KH series. In KH2 and KH:Recoded, he seemed a little too nice to people, especially to Sora, Donald, and Goofy. |

I haven't played enough of VII to have any real say in this, so feel free to skip over me here, but from what I've heard he's not emo enough to be from the third disc and too nice to be from the first disc. However if we're talking overly friendly, I'm thinking Squall is a better candidate. In FFVIII I saw him to come off as a complete a** to everyone unless he knew them well. (Cept sometimes Zell, but the hyperactive knucklehead (Yay, Naruto) kinda deserved it sometimes) And yet the worst thing he does to Sora during the entire series is knock him out, and if you win that fight Sora just collapses from exhaustion. |

I never understood why almost all the KH games had to be on different consoles, but if I'll get 3DS I might consider buying it.

You know KH1 is set after FFVII and FFVIII, right?

The only reason why I don't like FF/KH is because the story is too complicated and will need to play all the games/scan wikis to understand the story.

Typically each final fantasy is it's own story. KH on the other hand, does have a very deep storyline.

Yeah they're all linked up, although the placing is a little unclear if you don't follow the games too closer.

Not at all, they're all quite separate. A lot of the time each installment will get its own grouping of games that are all related, but Final Fantasy 10 and Final Fantasy 13 for example, are not related in the slightest.

Well there is a small connection between most of the games, but Gilgamesh isn't really important aside from one game.
