Aside from looking at some naming sites, I would suggest looking at a heck of a lot more tutorials on shading and form.
The shades you have are almost identical, and there is zero consistency between any shading.

Lol yea I only understand shading like the obvious ones. Like under a tree obviously there would be tons of shading, if theres like an object hovering over the character or something But less obvious shading is what im not good at, I dont really know when to add shades and when to not.

Also could you teach me how to resize my sprites without making them all stretched?

It seems that my comment won't be needed, but I'll post it anyways.
The image itself is very badly resized. If you do it in paint, don't use the stretch tool. Instead, use the resize option and set it 200 percent. It's also more helpful to have the original sprite there so people can crit it better.
As for the sprite itself, the anatomy is off. Legs look too long. The arm on our left is bended awkwardly. The arm on our right appears to far away from his torso. The hands also look way too big, but that's probably because of the way its resized.
Now for the shading. To expand on what Reix said, the contrast on your shades is very low. You also need to define a lightsource, because now the sprite looks pillow-shaded. Pixels and outlines are everywhere. I have no clue what's going on. Sort it out better.
The patterns are very confusing in the sprite. That can be solved with a lightsource. The 'comb' on the top of his looks like a tumor. I know that details like that are hard to fix, but try making it look more like a comb, rotating it, and editing it. If that doesn't work, leave it out for an entrance or something.
Now for the sprite on the top. I know that it was your first try, but it doesn't really look like you tried. I mean no harm in saying that, but that's just isn't something that involved actual effort. I know. I've been there, done that, and never doing it again. I can't even understand what's going on in the sprite.
Here's a few tips: Experiment and Dissect. Play around with official sprites like you been doing. See their patterns and learn how they work. Reference. A LOT. Not only official work, but good well made custom work as well. If you're interested in JUS style, look up Ayaiken on dA. He's very talented and his work looks VERY official and professional. Lots and lots of trial and error. You're gonna be erasin' a LOT of times after you've seen a ref. Use that as a tool to learn.
I know that's this is a lot to take in, but don't give up. I'm not really an expert, but I've been around a lot of good critics and people who just don't go 'wow that's terrible' or 'ZOMG amazing!' Avoid people like this, people that don't add ANY sort of detail about your work that just gives a blind comment. Good comments can give you a confidence boost, but don't let all the good comments get in the way of the crit.
Keep spriting and keep posting your work here. You'll won't gain magical spriting skills like Zilch or Reix anytime soon, but at least you're getting an inch of improvement everyday. And an inch is way better than nothing.

He's doing it as a hobby, not a career. Chill. As for the sprite, I think its a good start. You have definitely improved, but I still think looking at some tutorials would be a good idea. Also its hard to critique the sprite, because I can't really tell what its supposed to be.

Give me a task and I'll try to sprite it. Yea, I should probably take it a tad bit more seriously.
