Download a whole heap of addons. I've got several, such as FoxTab, which allows me to display all my tabs in several different ways, one of which was displayed in that screenshot, ColourPicker, which let's you make and use "skins" like the Bleache one I've got turned on in that picture, and several others. Just search "Firefox Addons" in google and it's always either of the top two links.

I had most defaults with Aquaint Black theme, but that's not compatible anymore. So now I use A Blue Fox theme.
