Just so this doesn't become a wasted day maybe we should take one of the following actions.
-Guess how many mafia players there are.
-Decide which roles from past mafias seem reasonable.

I've done a little speculation about how there may be a cult(T.TestLP)/amnesiac(Cleod9)/present giver(Delibird), and maybe a few VTs from Mg Mafia 9(Cave Story).

Regardless, I'm thinking that the amnesiac should be quite likely. Cult can be OP if not stopped, but then again, the mafia can infiltrate the cult, so there's a possibility.

I'm thinking, with twelve players, there wouldn't be more or less than 3 scums. Four seems way too unbalanced and 2 seems too easy for town, so I'm thinking 3 scums. As for past roles, there are so many i feel like it would be impossible to try and guess what roles there are. There's probably a doc and cop somewhere in here, I feel like those are the two standard PR's, but other than that I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

The problem with the Pony Cult is that it essentially becomes a Cultafia once one or more Mafia members gets in.
And Cleod9 was was cooler than a regular Amnesiac, I just forgot how the role worked. It was my first time hosting...
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's been a single actually sane normal cop in any of those games.

But yeah, 3 Mafia is about right. The game would be possible with 4 but hard. Add to that the fact that there are probably two third parties, and you get a balanced game.

I would laugh so hard if one of the Mafia was RoyMaster.

Wasn't one of them Void, who you did? There's also Dr. Andrew Schrader(MG Mafia 4).
Two third parties=Prob. Cleod and Delibird. Don't count out T.Test though.
Cleod worked by gaining the powers of those lynched last day phase.
And MG Mafia 5 had 4 mafia.

Oh yeah. Void was a regular cop.

MG 5 had four and a half Mafia but also 16 players. This set up has 12 players.
Ideal ratios for Mafia to rest-of-the-population are usually 25% to 33%, depending on how powerful the town's roles are and how many third parties you include.
Thus said, MG Mafia 5 had from 31.25% to 25% Mafia, depending on how you count it.

The inactivity is severely hindering our progress. Only about half of the population has posted even once. :/

Mg Mafia 5 did have a lot of PRs. I think the same should apply here, as everyone will probably end up with a PR. Especially since some overpowered stuff may be in. I'm expecting 3 mafia with formidable powers.
I would lol @Roy's inclusion as well, but maybe he gets just his roleblock only?

Because I forgot theres 12 players (used to 9 on MS) and another vote on him wouldn't mean putting him at L-2. Was just trying to kinda even out the pressure on inactives ( I think FoD, deph, and crabby).

By saying "stupid pony cult", he may be implying that he got it again. Could be referring to his past game though.
Just put a little pressure on each one to come out one by one. It won't hurt.

The way I see it, crabby not posting at all might mean he doesn't know the game started. Deph has posted before, meaning he knows the game started and it seems he might be not posting deliberately.

Jeez guys, it's the beginning of the game, some people aren't on all the time.
We have a whole week to decide.
