Because he has no nose? If that's it, then I'm sorry. He looks kinda wierd with a nose unless there's no shading on the face.

 Latest update CNP: Well, I tried adding a chin, but it looks kinda wierd, so I just changed the head position K': I doubt the shield needs to be bigger. I based this sprite off of a picture I took playing brawl. So the height should be like that. About the legs.
